Thomas Patrick Lennon (born August 9, 1970) is an American actor, comedian, writer, director and producer best known as a cast member on MTV's The State and for his role as Lieutenant Jim Dangle on the Comedy Central series Reno 911!. Andrei Novak on Santa Clarita Diet and Felix Unger on The Odd Couple. He is the screenwriter of several comedies released by major film studios with writing partner Robert Ben Garant. They wrote the Night at the Museum films, The Pacifier, Balls of Fury, and Baywatch Lennon was born on August 9, 1970 in Oak Park, Illinois. Of Irish and Scottish descent, he is the son of Kathleen (née McSheehy) and Timothy Lennon. He graduated from Oak Park and River Forest High School in 1988. At 16, he met friend and future co-star Kerri Kenney at theater camp at Northwestern University. The two later attended NYU, where they joined a comedy troupe called The New Group.

Zusammen mit seinem Partner Robert Ben Garant verfasste er die Drehbücher zu Filmen wie New York Taxi und Der Babynator. Seine Karriere als Schauspieler begann er 1991 in dem Film Aisle Six. Er ist vor allem in Nebenrollen zu sehen, so auch in zwei Episoden der Fernsehserie Friends. Sein schauspielerisches Schaffen, darunter auch diverse Arbeiten als Synchronsprecher, umfasst mehr als 150 Produktionen. Von 2003 bis 2009 war er einer der Hauptdarsteller in der Serie Reno 911!, für die er auch Drehbücher verfasste und mehrfach als Regisseur in Erscheinung trat. Als Drehbuchautor ist Lennon seit Beginn der 1990er Jahre aktiv, zu Beginn vor allem für das Fernsehen, ab 2004 vornehmlich für verschiedene Kinoproduktionen. Seit 2015 war er bis 2017 in einer Hauptrolle in der Fernsehserie Odd Couple, einer Neuauflage von Männerwirtschaft, zu sehen. 2013 inszenierte Lennon mit Hell Baby seinen ersten Spielfilm.
