Convinced he is talking to the "head of the party" in New York, Michael is actually duped by a customer service guy. Discovering the deception, he decides to "catch" him with Dwight's help, literally bringing him into the office. Meanwhile, Dwight tries to beat the site in sales and succeeds in the feat, but still remains dissatisfied. The local party ends with cold pizza and tensions half resolved.

Convinto di parlare con il “capo del party” a New York, Michael viene in realtà raggirato da un ragazzo del servizio clienti. Scoperto l’inganno, decide di “catturarlo” con l’aiuto di Dwight, portandolo letteralmente in ufficio. Intanto, Dwight cerca di battere il sito nelle vendite e riesce nell’impresa, ma resta comunque insoddisfatto. La festa locale finisce con pizza fredda e tensioni risolte a metà.
